Virtual "Lunch Bunch" Self-Care Group

In the midst of daily life stressors, ongoing global crises, political upheaval, capitalism-driven AI hypnotics, and whatever else might be going on in your life... our nervous systems have become stuck in high-alert and/or dissociative freeze-mode more than ever.
This 8-week virtual group is intended to help you slow the F*@$% down and create a reliable set of self-care rituals to keep your inner flame vibrant and alive.
In this online offering, we will hold space and time for you to pause in the middle of your day and make room for what is true and alive inside of you. Using a variety of somatic and creative self-care practices, we will honor what our body is asking for with the intention of cultivating balance and resiliency for the long run.

This offering is a resiliency skills group focused on building nervous system capacity. It is not intended as a psychotherapy processing group or a replacement for one-on-one therapy. This group is recommended for frontline workers, caregivers, activists, educators, corporate people, parents., and pretty much anyone who feels "functional but fried" in the current political environment.
